新員工登記及制服申請流程
New Employee Registration & Uniform Application

此流程適用於新入職員工首次申領制服。
This process applies to new hires applying for their initial uniform set.

帳號註冊
Account Registration

下載 eFast App，並掃描員工二維碼以核實員工編號完成註冊。
Download the eFast App and scan the employee QR code to verify the employee ID and complete registration.

2

制服申請
Uniform Submission

此流程暫未開放，請閣下沿用 HAECO 內部申領系統。
This process is not yet available. Please continue to use the HAECO internal uniform application system.

工廠出貨
Factory Dispatch

洗衣廠接收訂單並準備制服。
The laundry facility receives the order and prepares the uniforms.

物流派送
Logistics Delivery

制服送抵物流櫃，系統自動發出「取件通知」。
Uniforms are delivered to the logistics locker, and the system automatically sends a "Collection Notification."

5

掃碼領取
Scan to Collect

員工掃描證件二維碼領取新制服。
Employees scan their ID QR code to collect their new uniforms.

投遞污衣
Drop-off Soiled Laundry

員工將污衣放入污衣櫃；系統會發出「清洗制服」通知。
Employees place soiled uniforms in the laundry cabinet, and the system sends a "Uniform Cleaning" notification.

2

物流運輸
Logistics & Transport

司機收集污衣並運送至洗衣廠。
The driver collects the soiled laundry and transports it to the laundry facility.

3

清洗處理
Cleaning & Processing

制服於廠內進行專業清洗與烘乾。
Uniforms undergo professional washing and drying at the facility.

送回淨衣
Return of Clean Laundry

洗淨後的制服送回淨衣櫃；員工會收到「取衣提醒」通知。
Laundered uniforms are returned to the clean laundry locker; employees receive a "Ready for Collection" notification.

Uniform Retrieval

員工憑證件掃碼取回淨衣；員工會收到「領取完成」通知。

制服 RFID 晶片加裝流程
Uniform RFID Chip Installation Process

此流程適用於現有制服做 RFID 晶片登記。
This process applies to RFID tag registration for existing uniforms.

身份核實
Identity Verification

於物流櫃掃描員工證二維碼，核實身份資訊；如發現未登記服務，系統會提示員工先完成登記。
Scan the employee ID QR code at the logistics locker to verify identity information; if the service is not yet registered, the system will prompt the employee to complete registration first.

輸入資料
Data Entry

於系統輸入準備加裝晶片的制服數量。
Enter the quantity of uniforms requiring RFID chip installation into the system.

投放制服
Uniform Deposit

櫃門開啟後，放入制服並關門。
Once the locker door opens, place the uniforms inside and close the door.

4

工廠加工
Factory Processing

司機將制服運至洗衣廠縫製 RFID 晶片。
The driver transports the uniforms to the laundry facility where RFID chips are sewn in.

取回制服
Retrieval

制服送回櫃後，員工收到「取衣提醒」通知並掃碼取件。
Once uniforms are returned to the locker, the employee receives a "Ready for Collection" notification and scans to pick them up.
