Terms and Conditions
歡迎使用【陽光洗衣集團】(下稱「本公司」)提供的應用程式(下稱「本App」)。本App為客戶提供一站式制服(下稱「物品」)的派送、污衣收集、清洗流程追蹤、提取櫃使用及 RFID 物品信息管理服務(下稱「服務」)。
Welcome to the mobile application provided by Sunshine Laundry Group (the "Company") (the "App"). The App offers a one-stop service for uniform item delivery, soiled laundry collection, cleaning status tracking, locker collection services, and RFID item information management (collectively, the "Services").
請注意:在您註冊、登入或使用本App服務前,請仔細閱讀以下所有條款及細則。一旦您使用本App,即表示您已充分理解並完全同意接受本條款及細則的約束。如果您不同意本條款及細則的任何內容,請立即停止使用本App。
Important: Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for, logging into, or using the App. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have fully understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the App immediately.
1. 帳戶註冊與使用
1. Account Registration and Use
1.1. 您必須根據本App的指示完成註冊程序,提供準確、真實及完整的資料(包括但不限於名稱、聯絡人、部門、手機號碼等),並確保資料適時更新。
1.1. You must complete the registration process in accordance with the App's instructions and provide accurate, true, and complete information, including but not limited to your name, contact person, department, and mobile number, and keep such information up to date.
1.2. 您應妥善保管您的帳戶名稱和密碼,並對您帳戶下進行的一切活動負責。如發現任何未經授權使用您帳戶的情況,請立即通知本公司。
1.2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account name and password and for all activities conducted under your account. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify the Company immediately.
2. 服務內容概述
2. Overview of Services
2.1. 物品派送:您可透過本App追蹤派送服務。
2.1. Item Delivery: You may use the App to track delivery services.
2.2. 污衣收集:您可透過本App追蹤污衣收集及清洗狀況。
2.2. Soiled Laundry Collection: You may use the App to track soiled laundry collection and cleaning status.
2.3. 清洗流程追蹤:您可透過本App實時查詢已送出清洗物品的狀態(例如:已收件、清洗中、品質檢查中、已送回等)。
2.3. Cleaning Status Tracking: You may check the real-time status of submitted laundry items through the App, such as received, washing in progress, quality inspection, or returned.
2.4. 提取櫃使用:智能提取櫃服務,系統將透過本App向您發送提取碼或開櫃通知。您應在指定時限內取走物品。
2.4. Locker Collection Service: The smart locker service will send a collection code or locker opening notification through the App. You must collect your items within the designated time.
2.5. RFID物品信息管理:本App會顯示您已登記並貼有RFID標籤的物品信息(例如:物品類型、登記日期等),方便您進行資產管理。
2.5. RFID Item Information Management: The App will display information about registered items with RFID tags, such as item type and registration date, to support asset management.
3. 訂單、派送及收貨
3. Orders, Delivery, and Collection
3.1. 所有透過本App下達的服務訂單,一經本公司確認接納,即構成具約束力的合約。
3.1. All service orders placed through the App become binding once confirmed and accepted by the Company.
3.2. 本公司將盡力於您指定的時間內完成派送或收集。然而,對於因天氣、交通、機械故障等不可抗力因素造成的延誤,本公司不承擔責任。
3.2. The Company will use reasonable efforts to complete delivery or collection within your requested timeframe. However, the Company is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failures, or other events beyond its control.
3.3. 您應確保在約定的時間和地點準備好物品供本公司收集,或在指定時限內領取已清洗的物品。
3.3. You must ensure that items are ready for collection at the agreed time and place, or that cleaned items are collected within the specified period.
3.4. 如因您的原因導致派送或收集無法完成,本公司有權向您收取相應的費用或取消訂單。
3.4. If delivery or collection cannot be completed due to your actions or omissions, the Company may charge additional fees or cancel the order.
4. 用戶責任與義務
4. User Responsibilities and Obligations
4.1. 您同意僅將本App用於合法目的,不得利用本App進行任何違反法律、法規或本條款的活動。
4.1. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not for any activity that violates laws, regulations, or these terms.
4.2. 您提交清洗的物品應符合本公司的清洗範圍,不得包含危險品、違禁品或其他不適宜清洗的物品。
4.2. Items submitted for cleaning must fall within the Company's service scope and must not include hazardous materials, prohibited items, or any articles unsuitable for laundering.
4.3. 您應在提交物品前檢查口袋,移除所有個人物品。對於因未檢查而遺留在物品中的物品,本公司不承擔任何責任。
4.3. You must check all pockets and remove personal belongings before submission. The Company is not responsible for items left inside garments.
4.4. 您應確保所提交的物品狀況良好,對於破損、染色嚴重或無法清洗的物品,本公司保留拒絕清洗的權利。
4.4. You must ensure submitted items are in suitable condition. The Company reserves the right to refuse items that are damaged, heavily stained, or otherwise unsuitable for processing.
5. 知識產權
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. 本App及其所有內容(包括但不限於文字、圖片、圖標、軟件、界面設計、商標等)的知識產權均歸本公司或其授權方所有。
5.1. All intellectual property rights in the App and its contents, including but not limited to text, images, icons, software, interface designs, and trademarks, belong to the Company or its licensors.
5.2. 未經本公司事先書面許可,您不得以任何形式複製、修改、分發或利用本App的任何內容。
5.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any part of the App without the Company's prior written consent.
6. 提取櫃使用規則
6. Locker Usage Rules
6.1. 您應在收到本App通知後的 3個工作日內 前往提取櫃領取已清洗的物品。
6.1. You must collect cleaned items from the locker within 3 working days after receiving the App notification.
6.2. 如您未能在規定時限內領取物品,本公司有權將物品移出提取櫃,您需前往本公司指定地點領取,並可能需支付額外的儲存費用。
6.2. If you fail to collect items within the stated period, the Company may remove them from the locker. You may then be required to collect them from a designated location and pay additional storage charges.
6.3. 您應按照本App的指引正確使用提取櫃,不得惡意損壞或干擾提取櫃的正常運作。
6.3. You must use the locker in accordance with the App instructions and must not damage or interfere with the locker's normal operation.
6.4. 對於因您未能及時領取或錯誤操作而導致的任何損失,本公司不承擔責任。
6.4. The Company is not responsible for any loss resulting from late collection or incorrect operation by the user.
6.5. 您應在領取物品後立即檢查,如發現任何問題,應在 24小時內 通知本公司,否則視為您接受物品的狀態。
6.5. You should inspect your items immediately upon collection. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours, otherwise the condition of the items will be deemed accepted.
7. 私隱政策

7.1. 本公司重視並致力於保護您的個人資料。我們會依據相關法律法規收集、使用、儲存及保護您的個人資料。
7.1. The Company values and is committed to protecting your personal data. We collect, use, store, and protect personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
7.2. 我們可能收集的個人資料包括:姓名、聯絡電話、電郵地址、工作部門、物品信息等。
7.2. The personal data we may collect includes your name, contact number, email address, department, and item information.

8. 免責聲明與責任限制
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
8.1. 本公司將盡最大努力確保服務的質量和準確性,但不對服務的連續性、及時性、安全性或無錯誤作出任何明示或暗示的保證。
8.1. The Company will use reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and accuracy of the Services, but makes no express or implied warranty regarding uninterrupted availability, timeliness, security, or error-free operation.
8.2. 對於因使用或無法使用本App而產生的任何直接、間接、偶然、特殊或後果性損害,本公司概不負責。
8.2. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App.
8.3. 本公司不對因網絡故障、系統維護、第三方服務中斷等不可抗力因素導致的服務中斷或延誤承擔責任。
8.3. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions or delays caused by network failures, system maintenance, or interruptions by third-party services.
8.4. 在任何情況下,本公司對您的總賠償責任不超過您因使用本服務而支付給本公司的費用總額。
8.4. In all circumstances, the Company's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company for the Services.
9. 修訂與終止
9. Amendments and Termination
9.1. 本公司保留隨時修改本條款及細則的權利,修訂後的條款將在本App上發布並立即生效。繼續使用本App即表示您接受修訂後的條款。
9.1. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Revised terms will be published on the App and take effect immediately. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
9.2. 本公司保留隨時暫停、中斷或終止服務的權利,恕不另行通知。
9.2. The Company reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or terminate the Services at any time without prior notice.
9.3. 您可隨時停止使用本App並刪除您的帳戶。
9.3. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
9.4. 如您違反本條款的任何規定,本公司有權立即終止您的帳戶並暫停或終止對您的服務。
9.4. If you breach any part of these terms, the Company may immediately terminate your account and suspend or end your access to the Services.
10. 爭議解決
10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. 本條款及細則的解釋、效力及執行均適用 中華人民共和國香港特別行政區法律。
10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.
10.2. 因本條款及細則引起的任何爭議,雙方應首先通過友好協商解決;協商不成的,任何一方均可向香港特別行政區有管轄權的法院提起訴訟。
10.2. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If unresolved, either party may bring proceedings before a court of competent jurisdiction in Hong Kong.
11. 其他條款
11. Miscellaneous
11.1. 本條款及細則構成您與本公司之間關於使用本App的完整協議,取代之前的任何口頭或書面協議。
11.1. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding use of the App and supersede all prior oral or written agreements.
11.2. 如本條款及細則的任何條款被認定為無效或不可執行,該條款應在最小必要範圍內被修改或刪除,其餘條款仍然有效。
11.2. If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11.3. 本公司未行使或延遲行使本條款項下的任何權利或救濟不應被視為放棄該權利或救濟。
11.3. Any failure or delay by the Company in exercising a right or remedy under these terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right or remedy.
