Employees place soiled uniforms into the laundry locker; the system issues a "Laundry Appointment" notification.
司機收集污衣並運送至洗衣廠。
The driver collects the soiled laundry and transports it to the laundry facility.
制服於廠內進行專業清洗與烘乾。
Uniforms undergo professional washing and drying at the facility.
洗淨後的制服送回淨衣櫃；員工會收到「取衣提醒」通知。
Laundered uniforms are returned to the clean laundry locker; employees receive a "Ready for Collection" notification.
員工憑證件掃碼取回淨衣；員工會收到「取走提醒」通知。
Employees scan their ID QR code to retrieve clean laundry; the system issues a "Withdrawal Confirmed" notification.
Retrofitting RFID Chips for Existing Uniforms
此流程適用於現有制服需補做 RFID 晶片登記。
This process applies to existing uniforms that require RFID chip installation and registration.
於物流櫃掃描員工證二維碼，確認身份資訊。
Scan the employee ID QR code at the logistics locker to verify identity information.
於系統輸入準備加裝晶片的制服數量。
Enter the quantity of uniforms requiring RFID chip installation into the system.
櫃門開啟後，放入制服並關門。
Once the locker door opens, place the uniforms inside and close the door.
司機將制服運至洗衣廠縫製 RFID 晶片。
The driver transports the uniforms to the laundry facility where RFID chips are sewn in.
制服送回櫃後，員工收到「取衣提醒」通知並掃碼取件。
Once uniforms are returned to the locker, the employee receives a "Ready for Collection" notification and scans to pick them up.
New Employee Registration & Uniform Application
此流程適用於新入職員工首次申領制服。
This process applies to new hires applying for their initial uniform set.
下載 eFast App，並掃描員工二維碼以核實員工編號完成註冊。
Download the eFast App and scan the employee QR code to verify the employee ID and complete registration.
透過 eFast App 提交制服申請。
Submit a uniform application via the eFast App.
洗衣廠接收訂單並準備制服。
The laundry facility receives the order and prepares the uniforms.
制服送抵物流櫃，系統自動發出「取件通知」。
Uniforms are delivered to the logistics locker, and the system automatically sends a "Collection Notification."
員工掃描證件二維碼領取新制服。
Employees scan their ID QR code to collect their new uniforms.
